Hive Aero appoints Aviation Analyst

Hive Aero is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Shurville as Aviation Analyst, with immediate effect.

Based in London, Shurville will be responsible for Portfolio and Data Analytics and will work closely with Chief Underwriting Officer, Bruce Carman and Class Underwriter, Will Gaunt.

With more than 28 years of experience in the aviation market from a broking background, Shurville is a well-respected aviation market figure. 

Today’s “connected” aircraft are generating ever-increasing data. How data is filtered, interpreted and utilised is fundamental. Getting closer to the risk and improving our understanding through  analytics positions Hive Aero to best serve our partner carriers, brokers and most importantly, our customers.
